Purchased for my wife to complement her existing high end level of outdoor clothing. This garment is immediately warm on putting on, and even as a stand alone item works incredibly well affording great levels of heat retention, wind, and water resistance. We found this suitable for most moorland winter walks on its own, and snow line activities with a layer system. She loves it!
