Hi. I've just used these as an over mitt to my normal gloves on the Hardngervidda in Norway. They act as an extra wind block and come in to their own when the temperature rises and everything starts becoming wet. Great bit of kit, hard wearing and you don't know they are there. This is my second purchase of these. I lost a glove to high winds and a moments lack of concentration. I now add an elastic wrist retainer which holds them securely to my arms when I take them off/change the under gloves. Don't see why they don't come with these elastic retainers. Great glove regardless and you don't break the bank.....

I'm well pleased with these; I use them on my bicycle, and have no trouble with the gears/brakes/bell etc when wearing them. They are indeed waterproof and windproof; also, you can use your own inner glove or mitten, which I really like. The adjustment is great, as I like to have mine snug. I keep the bit that comes over my sleeve loose, which adds to the general comfort and protection from the elements.

i haven`t got the opportunity to use the tuff bags yet, however i`ve decided to purchase this item due to personal research in dedicated forum where it has always been rated very high.
I use bulky us military Leather Trigger Finger Mittens With Liner so my choice went naturally for an XL version.
They "just fit fine" while being very slightly stretched so that they should not suffer by being over stretched, i know that the tuff bags are highly breathable & completely waterproof, the only drawback is that it would be nice if the wrist part wasn`t so short (to my liking)my mittens are much longer.
hope it helps
