I already owned another style of this shoe, so I assumed I would be happy with this one, and I am. However, what really impressed me was the prompt overseas arrival along with attentive customer service. I was able to speak via email to a representative when I realized I had ordered a UK size instead of US size. They redressed this situation immediately so that when my order arrived, I received the right size. I highly recommend both the shoe and Jackson Sports. BTW, my pair is my regular size; it doesn’t seem to run small, as some have found.
Came across these shoes by accident having never heard of Keen before then read up about them , coming with half sized as well made up my mind so I ordered them , really quick delivery as Jacksons always are . Super pleased with the fit and comfort of them , they will be on my feet for a long time and would order again.
