Montane Unisex Extreme Salopettes Pile & Pertex Shell  £144.00

Already owned both the Extreme Smock and Extreme Jacket, looked at the salopettes a few times before eventually deciding to buy. I'm 5'10", 10 1/2 stone, 30" waist so went for size Small. Good fit, fairly roomy but plenty of leg length. I like how the leg zips open completely so you could potentially put them on wearing skis/ crampons etc. Normally I'd only open the zip from ankle to knee/hip to put them on without taking my boots off. Nice to pull on after wearing a wetsuit. I also intend using them in a bivy with a Buffalo Outer sleeping bag rather than using the Buffalo inner bag. Usual Montane attention to detail, 2 way front zip, braces are attached to allow for a drop seat, 2 chest pockets with vertical zips, reinforced seat and knees, press studs at the ankle to tighten them around your boots plus velcro tabs to tighten them around your calf. Great product, no negatives that I can see and 1st Class Service as always from Jackson-Sports.
