I bought this to replace an existing mouthpiece that has split. It is unusual in that it has some flanges that fit under your tongue. When I put it in my mouth, it made me gag - clearly not a good idea for the duration of a dive! As I couldn't send it back after trying it, I tried cutting off the flanges to avoid the gag reflex. It solved one problem (no more gagging), but meant that it was now difficult to keep it in my mouth. In the end, I've binned it. I've given it three stars as others may not suffer the same problem; clearly for me it is one star as I've thrown it away without using it at all.
