Berghaus® measurements are body measurements, not garment measurements.
All Berghaus® garments will fit more generously than non-active wear because Berghaus® pattern and grade all garments for active use: reaching. bending. stretching.

BERGHAUS SIZING GUIDE

1. Berghaus® garments are designed to perform, and because we make products for a wide range of activities not every product will fit in quite the same way.
2. Berghaus® garments are specified using imperial measurements, therefore the imperial measurements in this chart are the most accurate. Metric equivalents are rounded to the nearest half number.
3. Berghaus® measurements in the chart relate to body rather than garment measurements, so you can work out what product size you will be.
4. Berghaus® garments have been designed to enhance, not hinder, perfomance and movement. We group our products into three main segments to reflect this:
    
   • Berghaus® Technical Fit - Fits closely to body contours for enhanced performance. Technical Fit Garments are patterned and graded for active use, taking into account likely combinations of clothing layers.
   • Berghaus® Active Fit - Fits a little bit more generously than garments with a Technical Fit to offer a combination of both performance and comfort. Active Fit Garments are patterned and graded to layer with similar fitting products.
   • Berghaus® Reixed Fit - A classic cut for a relaxed, ultra comfortable fit and feel.
      
5. Have someone else help you with the measurements - the results will be more precise! If your measurements are between sizes we recommend ordering the larger of the two.

• Chest - measure around the widest part of the chest, generally above or at the nipple line.
• Arm Length - measure from the top of your spine (at bottom of your neck) to your elbow, and on to your wrist
