The Berghaus Paclite Pants are an excellent product. The fit is much better than other simliar items, by different manufacturers, especially the waist. The leg length is acceptable although, for me, 29 inch length is slightly too long, but no different from other models. The zip length is also very good especially for putting the Pants on in a hurry. I am very pleased with my purchase and when the time comes to replace them, I will buy the same, if still available.

These are great lightweight waterproof trousers, lightweight and pack up small, breathable, waterproof and good almost full length zips. Mine are still going strong almost 10 years on.
Wish Berghaus still did the Paclite Jacket (maybe they do but I haven't seen it), that performed equally well but finally wore out a couple of years ago.
Jackson Sports reply - Goretex Paclite Jacket still made, we will have new stock for autumn/winter season

These pants are very lightweight and packable.
The range of sizes are excellent, especially the choice of three leg lengths.
I have used them for a week in the Scottish Highlands and they have kept me dry
in very windy conditions with rain and snow. The cut is very neat and the leg vents are a nice feature.
Overall a great piece of kit. I have only knocked a star off because of the lack of a zipped fly.
