Brexit and UK Deliveries

We are situated in the centre of Belfast, Northern Ireland.

As you are aware, on 31 December 2020, the United Kingdom left the European Union (EU) Customs Union, but Northern Ireland will continue in the EU single market as per the Trade Agreement between the UK and the EU. However, all our UK customers will continue to receive great selection of outdoor clothing, footwear and equipment as well as the most convenient delivery options when shopping online with Jackson Sports.

Note: The information below is subject to change as and when further guidance is issued by the EU and the UK Governments in respect of Brexit. We will always strive to ensure continuity for our customers where possible, adapting to the new trading relationship between the UK and the EU.

Will Brexit affect Jackson Sports' ordering process?

No, there will not be changes to ordering of items sold by Jackson Sports after Brexit.

No, there will not be changes to the return policy offered by Jackson Sports after Brexit. All our outdoor clothing, footwear and gear moving from Northern Ireland to Great Britain, and vice versa, will not require any export/import declarations.

Note: If you are returning products from UK, please mark them as "Returned Goods" to avoid any additional customs charges.

Will Jackson Sports charge a 'Brexit fee' or 'Import Fee'?

Will Jackson Sports include VAT on products sold in the UK?

Yes, Value Added Tax (VAT) will continue to be accounted as it is currently on goods sold between Northern Ireland and Great Britain. This means that Jackson Sports will continue to charge its customers VAT and show this on its invoices.
