Good filtering, and does not interfere with my breathing when I run. Ideal for a maximum of 10k training, the mask may get wet after that. I tried it to train 12K last week and it was OK. I will try to keep it with longer distances.

Filters allow good filtration through them not around! Nice material which is comfortable and adjustable straps make them stay on even in vigorous
exercise or yoga!
