There will be some tough weeks ahead but we will get through this together and in a few months there will be dry rock and mountains waiting for us to walk, run and climb on.

Christmas Latest Recommended Order Dates

Christmas is still a few weeks away but you may need to order soon to make sure your presents arrive in time to be under the tree on Christmas Eve.

With global coronavirus restrictions expected to be in place over the festive season, Jackson Sports is encouraging its customers to order as early as possible, to avoid disappointment and ensure gifts reach family and friends in time for the big day. We have announced our latest recommended order dates to help our customers plan ahead for Christmas but please note that they are a guide only and may be subject to change due to the impact of Covid-19. Have a look at our Latest Recommended Order Dates, and make sure you don't leave it too late!

Extended Christmas Returns

Our returns period is extended the the end of January for exchanges or refunds. We know that many customers have started their Christmas shopping early this year and we want to help, so we have extended out return policy to the 31st of January 2021.

Collect In Store Orders & Store Reopening

Our ‘Collect In Store’ service will operate on an appointment-only basis beginning on Friday 27 November -  Available from 10am to 4pm GMT Mon-Sat. Please note that our warehouse will be dispatching and shipping all online orders as normal.

After the two-week circuit-breaker lockdown, our store will reopen for all customers under normal working hours: 9.15 - 17.30 GMT Mon-Sat.

Like many small independent businesses, we have had to put in place some protective measures to ensure staff and customer safety. Thankfully none of the changes have meant a reduction in stock. But for those who come into our store, you will see that there is a new counter, we provide antibacterial hand sanitiser on entry, we request at least 2 metres / 6 feet of social distancing as well as minimal handling of products. Please note that changing rooms are not in use, but we are flexible with returns. Appointment is not required but we have also limited the number of customers who can be in our store at one time - You may have to wait if someone is already in watersports, footwear or other store areas to ensure social distancing. Please note that 'collect in store' orders are now accepted.

Express Delivery Options

While the vast majority of orders are shipping and arriving without delay please be aware that some couriers / postal services are experiencing some delays in certain regions which can impact on delivery times. Where possible we encourage you to use our Parcelforce / DHL Express Delivery options to get the fastest possible delivery. Royal Mail services are experiencing delays due to severe absence levels, so if you do choose this economy delivery, please bear in mind that your order may take longer to arrive than we would normally expect.

Please note that our Next Day Delivery & Special Saturday Delivery options are currently unavailable. All available shipping options are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. Please bear with us during this uncertain time and if possible, refrain from contacting our Customer Service team regarding a delayed delivery until 7 working days after it was expected as it is unfortunately out of our control. Our 1st class Customer Service team are available via live chat and email.

Courier companies have put measures in-place to ensure deliveries can be left safely without compromising the safety of our customers or delivery drivers.

24-Hours Dispatch Promise

We are operating on a reduced workforce in order to ensure social distancing and therefore we cannot guarantee same-day dispatch for orders that are received before 2pm GMT. We are managing to keep up with our 24-hours dispatch promise but please note that some orders may take a little bit longer to ship. We will always let you know when we dispatch your order to keep you well informed (sometimes these emails can go to your junk inbox or spam folder, so it's worth checking there too). DHL and Parcelforce courier services are prioritising express tracked deliveries to ensure customers are not disappointed. Standard Royal Mail services are experiencing delays due to severe absence levels, so if you do choose this economy delivery, please bear in mind that your order may take longer to arrive than we would normally expect.

1st Class Customer Service

Our 1st class Customer Service team are available via live chat and email.  Please bear with us during this uncertain time and if possible, refrain from contacting our Customer Service team regarding a delayed delivery until 7 days after it was expected as it is unfortunately out of our control.

Great Warehouse Stock Levels

Our Warehouse is still open for dispatching and shipping all orders as normal. We have great stock levels in all our top brands and are continuing unaffected to get orders across UK, Ireland, Europe, USA, Canada, and Oceania without any significant delays. Orders are being processed as quickly as possible with a limited crew of staff.
