What is Jackson Sports Loyalty Reward Scheme and how it works?

It’s our way to say thank you to our loyal customers.

It has several loyalty bands with different discounts such as BRONZE, SILVER, GOLD and PLATINUM.

Each of these bands will grant a discount on future purchases if a total minimum spend amount has been made over a rolling time period.

There is no need to enter a code - the discount will be applied to all qualified products.

Is Jackson Sports Loyalty Reward Scheme available in the UK?

Jackson Sports Loyalty Reward Scheme has been implemented for our UK customers and is running since the 27th of June 2018 at 6pm.

All Loyalty Schemes work off a minimum spend over a rolling time period. We have decided that our UK Loyalty Reward scheme is based on any orders on or after the 1st July 2017. Gift Vouchers and Sale Products are excluded from the percentage discount.

A Loyalty Reward Scheme Bar should be displayed at the bottom of the website. If you click on it, you will see the loyalty bands available.

How do I apply?

You do not need to apply for Jackson Sports Loyalty Reward Scheme. Customers will be automatically added to a Loyalty Scheme if they meet the set criteria.

If it is supported in your country, you just need to have a complete Jackson Sports customer account:

  • If you already have a Jackson Sports customer account you do not need to do more, just Log In into your account here and check your current reward status.
     
  • If you do not have a Jackson Sports customer account but you would like to be part of the Jackson Sports Loyalty Reward Scheme you would need to register and create an account here.
     
  • If you made an order using the Guest Checkout, you would need to create a complete Jackson Sports customer account using the same information you provided here.


How do I check my current reward status?

You need to have a complete Jackson Sports customer account. Signing up for a Jackson Sports customer account is free and easy; all you need to do is provide your email address, create a password, provide your billing address details and contact information. You can create an account here.

When signed in, the Loyalty Reward Scheme Bar at the bottom of the page will display customised information about which band, if any, that a customer currently is a member of.

This bar expands when clicked and displays further information about the available bands, what your current spend total is at Jackson Sports and what the required spend is to reach the next band.

Your current reward status can be also checked in the My Account section once you log in. Check your current reward status now here

All Loyalty Schemes work off a minimum spend over a rolling time period. The scheme will look at the previous orders over a specific rolling time period when calculating a customer’s minimum spend total.

The customer must maintain the qualifying spend over the period that the scheme will roll for.
