Using Your Quick SUP Belt:

To get the most out of your Quick SUP belt, we strongly recommend you seek training in the use of SUP leashes and moving water rescue.

The Quick SUP belt is designed for the safe attachment of a SUP leash allowing quick and easy release if the leash gets tangled.

1. Ensure there is 3cm / 1.18 in of loose webbing extending from the quick-release.
2. Close and tighten the belt via the side-squeeze and tri-glide buckle.
3. Roll up and stow loose webbing with velcro strap. To release the belt in an emergency, pull the yellow ball.

Ensure the quick-release with yellow ball is always accessible. If using with a leash, practice using it and familiarise yourself with it before taking to the water.

To use with Palm Quick SUP Leash:

1. Attach red leash cord with a girth hitch
2. Through small red loop on belt
3. Pull yellow ball to release belt and leash
4. The paddler end (red cord) has a side-squeeze buckle for ease of use
5. The board end (black cord) attaches with a girth hitch like a standard surf leash

The breakaway connectors are at each end of the leash. The breakway force varies with the amount of overlap. Where there are no entanglement risks and you prefer to stay connected to your board, use the full overlap. On moving water, especially where there are exposed rocks or trees and a risk of entanglement, use a shorter overlap. Rinse after use and keep hook and loop clear of debris to ensure best performance.

To use with a standard SUP leash:

1. Insert belt through the leash cuff
2. Pull yellow ball to release belt and leash
