This buoyancy air bag is designed to fit tight in your kayak. Use a bag slightly larger than hole. Made from a tough terylene fabric with a plastic lining. Security eye fitted to secure bag. Suitable for River Runners.
Kayak air bags are designed to sit and fill the void in the rear of a kayak. When a kayak capsizes the air bags will reduce the amount of water in the boat, this in turn will help the kayak to float higher in the water reducing the chances of it becoming stuck and damaged and make it a lot easier for a rescuer to empty when rescuing. RUK Kayak Airbags are made from a tough terylene fabric which provides excellent abrasion resistance. To reduce the chances of the bags coming out they are fitted with a brass eyelet to allow the paddler to secure them to the boat and have a screw valve inflation tube.
