The Ribelle Lite is a ground breaking mountain boot, designed for fast moving mountain walking and Via Ferrata. Compatible with C2 crampons with a flex bar.
The Ribelle family are a new generation of boots designed to allow people to move faster than conventional mountain boots. Core to this is the new ARG last shape, which has low volume technical precision, but with a noticeable toe spring, giving a much more natural and fluid gait. This is married to the new Pentax Precision Roll sole which has a technical Vibram outsole with bi-density PU cushioning, giving a much more natural feel and walking motion.
The upper of the Ribelle Lite is a lightweight microtech fabric with a direct lamination H-dry membrane: fully waterproof and highly breathable, without absorbing water. The sock fit tongue works with the lightweight lacing system to give a snug, instant fit. The upper (and the midsole) are wrapped in a new PU Tech layer that offers excellent abrasion resistance without adding anywhere near the weight of a conventional rubber rand.

HDry® Membrane - Thanks to the HDry® quality standard, the shoes built with this system possess the highest level of waterproofness, breathability and insulation. The waterproof and breathable membrane is firmly laminated to the upper inner side and there are no seams and no gaps where water can penetrate: rain and cold are blocked on the shoe’s outer surface and a large volume of dry air keeps your feet warm and comfortable. The ultra-thin waterproof membrane and the unique lamination method provides a precise fit and keep your shoes dry and light all day.
Vibram® Outsole - Vibram® shoe soles are widely used in the shoe industry because of their reputation for quality, durability, comfort and traction. Today, Vibram soles are offered on rugged footwear all over the world, and many of those footwear designs not having actual Vibram-brand lug soles are still wearing a Vibram design. Vibram® soles were invented in 1935 by Vitale Bramani after six of his friends tragically passed away on a hiking expedition in the Italian Alps. The combination of better insulation and better traction led to safer hiking expeditions and fewer cases of frostbite, hypothermia and exposure. Vitale Bramani founded the Vibram® sole company, the name a combination of his first and last names (Vi-Bram). Despite being more than 80 years old, the original Carrarmato lugged tread pattern is still one of the best tread patterns for hiking and use in slippery conditions.
Vibram® Mount - The Vibram® MONT compound formula has been designed to optimize performance in mountaineering and has been used to conquer the world's highest peaks. The Vibram® Mont compound offers maximum reliability on the most difficult terrain at low temperatures, its hardness is a key factor to always achieve maximum compatibility with crampons.

These boots are awesome! Fit great! Hiked in the snow about 1000 vertical feet up and down right out of the box and my feet were completely dry and comfortable. I typically wear a size 9 1/2 and decided to get a 10 on these with a very thin sock under a darn tough hiking sock! Was such a perfect fit! No blisters or burning or uncomfortableness! The toe box seems a little more roomy than the charmoz. Traction is great and mobility is just the perfect stiffness! Not too stiff! The best boot I own! I can’t wait to actually put these to the test on longer hikes! I definitely highly recommend! Enjoy!!
I just received my shoes and it arrived quicker from Ireland than stuff that I brought locally. Go figure....Anyhow, the color and price is so much better than what is offered here in Australia. Thanks for the quick and seemless transaction!
Please remember that, for technical reasons, there can be slight differences in the size of different types of boots / shoes.
All SCARPA non-plastic footwear uses European (EUR) sizing
