We deliver to UK mainland addresses as well as Scotland, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands. However please note that delivery services may take longer in some areas. Express Delivery - Items up to £30: £2.95

We offer express postage via Royal Mail 48 which typically delivers within 2 working days (Mon-Sat), with a small minority within 3 working days.

Express Delivery - Items from £30 to £70: £3.95

We offer express postage via Royal Mail 48 which typically delivers within 2 working days (Mon-Sat), with a small minority within 3 working days.

Express & Tracked Delivery: £5.95 or FREE Over £70

We offer express postage via Parcelforce Express48 which provides guaranteed delivery by close of business within 2 working days (Mon-Sat) although extended delivery times exists for some outlying areas. A signature is required on delivery.

We offer the following Optional Postage Upgrades over £70:

  • Orders with Express Delivery via Royal Mail48 should be placed by Tuesday 18th December at 2.30PM.
  • Orders with Express Delivery via Parcelforce Express48 should be placed by Wednesday19th December at 2.30PM.
  • Orders with Next Day Delivery via Parcelforce Express24 should be placed by Thursday 20th December at 2.30PM.
  • Orders with SATURDAY Special Delivery via Parcerlfore can still be sent out on Friday 21th December if placed before 2.30PM.
  • 24-Hours Dispatch Time. We pack and send orders as quickly as we reasonably can. We normally dispatch ALL our 'In Stock' orders within 24 hours (Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays)as detailed below.
  • Same-Day Dispatch: Cut Off 2pm GMT (Monday to Friday). ALL 'In Stock' orders that are received before 2pm GMT will be dispatched the same day. Please note that some payment verification methods can take longer so we recommend you place your order as early as possible to avoid disappointment. 
  • Next-Day Dispatch. Any orders received after 2pm GMT or during weekend or Bank Holidays will be dispatched the following working day. E.g. an order placed on a Friday after 2pm for Next Day Delivery will be despatched on the following working day, usually Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
  • * Saturday Special Delivery: Cut Off Friday 2pm GMT. This guarantees delivery on the next Saturday morning. Orders for this service must be placed before 2pm on the Friday before. Otherwise your order will not be dispatched until the next working day, usually Monday. Please note that some payment verification methods can take longer so we recommend you place your order as early as possible to avoid disappointment. 
  • Collect In Store. The fastest way is to place your order online and collect it from our Store from Monday to Saturday during opening times (excluding Bank Holidays). Your item will be ready to collect within 1 hour from dispatch time. Please keep this in mind before attempting to collect. If you don’t collect it, we will keep your items for 2 working days before contacting you again. 
  • Approximated Dispatch Times. Dispatch Time are approximate and may be affected, particularly at peak times such as Christmas or Black Friday. Normally we dispatch ALL our 'In Stock' orders within 24 hours (Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays) as detailed above. Please note that some payment verification methods can take longer so we recommend you place your order as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
  • Estimated delivery times are shown at the checkout. Delivery Times vary depending on where the goods are being sent to and the type of service that has been selected.
  • Delayed Delivery. Delivery Times may be affected by external factors such as courier operational process or adverse weather conditions. On the rare occasion that a delivery is delayed by the courier, we cannot be held responsible if the circumstances are beyond our control.
  • Usual Delivery Time. Items will usually be delivered between 8am and 6pm. Monday to Friday.
  • Specific Time Slot Delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery times.  If you need an order to be delivered within a specific time slot please contact us.  There will be additional charges if you require this service.
  • UK Remote Areas Delivery. Please note that some more remote parts of the UK are more difficult and expensive to reach. We will do all we can to deliver to these areas at the standard charges but price may vary. Next working day / Saturday deliveries cannot be guaranteed. If in doubt, please contact us for more information.
  • Larger Items Delivery. Smaller items will be posted through your letterbox, but for larger items a card will be left should no-one be there to accept the parcel.
  • Signature On Delivery. Please note that for some delivery options someone should be available at the delivery address to receive the parcel as a signature on delivery might be required. If someone is not available to receive delivery, then there is no need to worry as our carriers usually try to deliver your items more than once or the parcel may be left with a neighbour, at a local Post Office or returned to the courier’s depot. In either of these cases a card will be left advising you that they have attempted delivery and what to do next. Your workplace is often best.
  • Delivery Address. Please note that once an order has been processed the delivery address for that order cannot be changed. As pointed above, your workplace is often best.
  • Several Items Dispatch. If you have placed an order for several items we will try to despatch in one parcel wherever possible to minimise inconvenience. Don't worry you will not be charged for the additional delivery.
  • Available Delivery Options. Available delivery options and their relative charges will be automatically calculated and displayed at the basket page when adding products as well as checkout before you confirm the order.
  • All UK Free Shipping Options. Our Free shipping options are offered for all UK Orders, including Scotland, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands.

  • Parcelforce Express24 Tracked & Signed: Next Working Day (Mon-Fri) Fully Tracked and Signed For Courier Service which provides guaranteed delivery by close of business next working day although extended delivery times exists for some outlying areas. A signature is required on delivery. Note: for small items Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed may be used instead (Tracked and Signed For Next Day Delivery).
  • Parcelforce Special SATURDAY Delivery Tracked & Signed Fully Tracked and Signed For Courier Service which provides guaranteed delivery the next Saturday morning. Orders for this service must be placed before 2pm on the Friday before. Otherwise your order will not be dispatched until the next working day, usually Monday. A signature is required on delivery. Note: If your order was not eligible for this service you would be notified by email or phone of your expected delivery date and your Saturday postage charge refunded.
  • Remote Areas & Very Large / Valuable Items. We reserve the right to charge more for delivery if the order is to be delivered to a remote area as signified above, or for very large or valuable items. We will always contact you to discuss the options before making additional delivery charges.
  • Signature On Delivery. Please note that for some delivery options someone should be available at the delivery address to receive the parcel as a signature on delivery might be required. If someone is not available to receive delivery, then there is no need to worry as our carriers usually try to deliver your items more than once or the parcel may be left with a neighbour, at a local Post Office or returned to the courier’s depot.   • PO Box and BFPO Delivery. Please note that we do also deliver to BFPO and PO Box addresses.
  • Unfortunately, we may not be able to deliver certain products such as gas, or any knives or bladed items, as well as extra large, heavy and bulky items. We have a weight restriction of 30kg and a size restriction of 1.5m in length and girth combined. If you would like to purchase an item online with any of the above restrictions you will need to choose Collect in Store.
  • Stock Availability. All items are advertised subject to availability. If we are ever out of stock of an item and cannot supply within a few days we will e-mail or phone you giving the option to cancel your order, wait, or accept an alternative.
  • Sold Out Items. We are a small retailer, and while we do have a modern platform mistakes can still happen. Inevitably we may therefore occasionally sell out of an item that is still on the website as in stock. If we have sold out of an item we will contact you giving the option to cancel your order, wait, or accept an alternative.
  • Order Progress Tracking You are able to monitor the progress of orders by creating and logging into your Jackson Sports online account. As orders pass through our system the order status will change depending on the position in the system. This is not available for Guest Checkout
  • Order Progress Emails.You will be notified by email. Once your orders has been confirmed you will receive a Confirmation Email shortly after you will get a Dispatched and Shipped Emails with more details.
  • At Jackson Sports, our love for mountain sports and water sports drives who we are and what we do. Nothing beats the great outdoors and we want to keep them great for everyone! This means that wherever possible we reduce, reuse and recycle as much packaging as we can that comes into our store. Please help us to eliminate waste and protect our environment by reducing, recycling and reusing our packing.
  • Place your order online and have it ready for collection within 1 hour in our Store, completely FREE for all orders
  • How? Place your order online and select the 'Collect in Store' option at Basket Page / checkout before you confirm the order.
  • What do I need to bring to collect my order from store? For your protection against fraud we cannot release your order without seeing:
    1. Proof of purchase. A copy of your confirmation email.
    2. Photographic ID. Passport, driving license or national ID card.
    3. Card used to place order.
  • How long are orders held in store for collection? You will have up to 2 working days to collect your order. We will send you a further reminder by email.
  • What time can I collect my order from store? You can collect your order any time during store opening hours from Monday to Saturday.
  • I am unable to collect my order from store. Can someone else collect it for me? For security reasons designed to prevent card fraud and protect customers, only you can collect your order.
