Easily good for -10, but I mostly use it in -5 to +5degC and usually walk around with the jacket open due to the warmth when 0 to +5degC. Build quality is very good (as opposed to excellent), but the temperature retention and the fact it doesn't matter if it gets wet (unlike a down jacket) make it superb value for money. Easily worth double the price! Looking forward to trying it out in -10 and below to see how far it will go down to. Comes below your backside too, which is important for the cold. Sizes are very large.

I bought this for the winter I was doing a lot of traveling via the train. When you have hang about in desolate freezing train stations mid winter this is the jacket for you. As far as insulation goes clearly a step up from the sleeka which is good but this is significantly better. I have various buffalo jackets and this outshines even the buffalo parka.
