Only an insole, which really fits, makes you happy.
Please remember that, for technical reasons, there can be slight differences in the size of different types of footwear.
Superfeet identifies each of their product sizes with letters.
Each letter represents approximate sizing based on the footwear industry's manufacturing scale.

Superfeet insoles are in letter sizes that span one and half footwear sizes. All full-length Superfeet insoles should be trimmed to fit your footwear.
If you are on the cusp (aka between sizes) and aren’t sure which size to choose, keep in mind it’s most important that your heel fits well in the heel cup of the insole – it should be “in” the heel cup, not “on” it.
The Green Wide options offer affordable, professional-grade orthotic support, performance, and comfort for anyone with wide feet.
