We gave the iconic Hurricane XLT a fresh comfort upgrade, outfitting it with soft heel-strap padding and a new, modern sole featuring even better traction than before. Finished with Unifi® recycled polyester straps.
Review: True to size. Love them! Great casual and hiking sandals. Wore these for a week in Costa Rica, was perfect for every terrain, beach, jungle, rock, water. These sandals are very sturdy and normally last a couple of years with a lot of use.

Repreve® Recycled Polyester Fabric - Repreve uses recycled plastic bottles into fabric that can be worn everyday. Our high-quality fibers are certified and traceable. Repreve is made by Unifi®, a leading global textile solutions company.
Clean & Care:
Our sandals have straps made from 100% recycled polyester, made from plastic water bottles which are diverted from landfills. They are easy to clean.
- We recommend using an mild soap and warm water and hand washing your sandals thoroughly. Once clean, leave them to dry in a well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight.
- Please, do not machine wash them. If you've washed your sandals with mild soap and still find that the odour persists, you can also try the following:
- Step 1 - Mix one cup of antibacterial mouthwash such as Listerine with two cups of water
- Step 2 - Soak the sandals for 15 minutes
- Step 3 - Carefully scrub with a soft birstled brush/toothbrush and rinse well with water
- Step 4 - Allow the sandals to dry in an open, well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight
- We recommend washing your sandals every two to four weeks, depending on use.
- Machine-washing or dry-cleaning your TEVA footwear can cause damage beyond repair. We foremost recommend using a mild soap and water and hand wash, please do not machine wash.
- To remove dirt or other build up from the grooves in the top soles or out soles, try using a soft bristled brush, such as a dish brush or old toothbrush, to gently scrub away any debris. You can carefully bend the shoes to open up the grooves and allow for water to clean deeper. For our leather sandals, we suggest using a nubuck leather cleaner. This can eliminate odor and cleanse the leather without damaging the material or destroying the unique look of the product.
